WHY THIS TOUR

Why Choose the Nagarparkar Temples Tour?

The Nagarparkar Temples tour takes you to one of the most culturally rich and least visited corners of Pakistan. The temples are part of everyday village life, and the desert landscapes and hospitality of the Thari people are unforgettable.

Combine it with our Sindh Hindu Temples Tour or the Hinglaj Mata Yatra for a longer pilgrimage in Sindh.

Plan the rest of your trip

BEFORE YOU GO

Good to Know

  • Puja & Darshan

We plan time for darshan, puja and aarti at each temple, and can arrange a local priest or community contact. Tell us your rituals and we will build the day around them.

  • Visas for Pilgrims

We provide a Letter of Invitation for most nationalities. Indian pilgrims usually travel under the government pilgrim protocol between India and Pakistan, and we can advise on the process.

  • Permits & Safety

Nagarparkar is close to the Indian border, so foreigners register with the police and may need permission for some areas. Our team arranges this in advance.

  • When to Go

November to February is the best time; the Thar is very hot in summer and green after the monsoon rains. Read our guide to the best time to visit Pakistan.
